Our Journey
FloVision AI was established in 2020 with a purpose to lower greenhouse gas emissions by addressing food waste.
The company launched with a platform for cafeterias, employing AI and computer vision to deliver analytics on food waste, preparation inefficiencies, and quality assurance.
Recognizing a critical need for this technology in meat production, FloVision AI shifted from their cafeteria focus to build systems for meat processors. By 2023, FloVision Pro and FloVision Nano were installed with meat processors globally, and the team continues to support food processors in boosting yield, quality, and profitability while minimizing their environmental footprint.
